This is the first pick for the worst dressed celebs… now whether you count Perez as a celeb is your opinon, but I think we can all agree that this outfit is horrible! It shouldn’t even be called an outfit. This needs some major fashion fixing…and pants!! Don’t get me wrong I think Perez is hilarious and usually he looks pretty cute, but not here!
